Im very new to Match Mover and having a little trouble. Iam running auto tracking to track some footage and i want to insert a plane into my scene so that when i export my data to c4d i will have a plane which i can drop my 3d objects onto.
How do i do this........?

the manual provided with MM should give you all the information you need.
Having seen your footage, this will not be an easy job...

However, i didn't receive a manual due to purchasing my SD copy online......

there should be a pdf-file called "Documentation" in the "C:\Program Files\REALVIZ\MatchMover Pro\4.0\Tutorial"-folder on installation (even for the MM-SD-version).
