when I try to render a move file from a panoram in Vtour, I get a white square which is in the image all the time. What is this? I have tried different viewing settings, but it is still there..

Thats not something I've seen before. Email support@realviz.com with your computer specs plus a link to these images. I'm sure they'll be able to solve this for you.
