If you create a box, then a cylinder, then select and edge on the cylinder and choose INFLATE EDGE - I get a repeating error:
 
VTOUR Internal Error. Aborting. Save current project to .......
 
I'll test this with other shapes.
 
Scene loaded is default Salon - Calibratred scene.

Just checked - it's appears to happen with ANY primitive. If you right mouse click on an edge the contextual menu has options to Inflate Edge or Bevel Edge. If you select Inflate Edge you get an Internal Error message.

  The "inflate edge" has not been implemented. It was in the menu for tests.
We just forgot to remove it from contextual menu...
The Bevel tool has been implemented and added.
Do you have craches with the  bevel tool also ?

No problem with the bevel tool - that's functioning correctly.
