I downloaded the trial version of VTour 1.0 and I wanted to install it.
I got a message at the beginning of installation:

The InstallSchield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be launched.
Access denied.

What should I do to install this program?

can you tell us what is your configuration ?
- Operating system/service pack ?
- amount of RAM ?
- graphic board / driver version ?
- type of screen (diagonale in inch, dual screen) ?
 
do you have any other specific software installed in the compter ?
