Hi, i am a new user and i wondered if it possible to import camera data from other apps. such as boujou or maya.

  No, not directly from either Maya, nor Boujou. But from Matchmover yes (as the file format is shared for the main objects).
IM or VTour is dedicated to find out the cameras positions and parameters from itself. What would be the use or idea of importing such camera(s) ?
