Will Stitcher run on 64 Bit XP Workstations?

There's only one way to find out. Setup a 64 bit XP workstation, install Stitcher (demo) and test.

AFAIK, all REALVIZ products are so far 32 bit applications. They do run on 64 workstations, but as 32 apps.

That's correct. They are 32bit so there would be zero performance benefit from running on a 64 bit rig.
