I'm curious which is the fastest computer for Stitcher rendering. Here are the results for the three macs I use, doing a 'cubical image' export of the tutorial data multi-row pics (Venitian1-20) in 5.6 (after auto stitch):
 
G5 Powermac 2GHz, 2.5GB - 1:42
 
G4 Powerbook 1.67, 1GB  -  1:58
 
MacBook 1.8, 512MB - 1:10
 
 
Very interesting how that little 'consumer' laptop blew away the 'pro' machines. I'm going to stop by an Apple store and test it on the newer MacBooks/Pros and Mac Pro towers later. Also under XP/Bootcamp.
