» » vincen | Hi,
I have following issue with current version of Stitcher on my PowerMac G5 on Leopard. I built my panorama with three bands of 12 pictures and everything is pretty fine till now, but I want to complete my pano by adding nadyr and zephyr pictures I made but I'm unable to import them in my project as it tells me it's not same size as other pictures (wrong as I did it in same conditions (same camera and same lens and same settings) than all other pictures of project !!
Any ideas what's wrong ?
Thanks a lot

badders | Hi Vincen,
It's probably because the zenith & nadir images are rotated. Make them the same rotation (outside of Stitcher) as the other images and you can then bring them in. ---------------

Sam Rohn | make sure the images have not lost their exif info too -
you should also be able to change image rotation by right-clicking on the image in the image strip, and selecting rotate 90° CW, etc - ---------------

badders | The issue is because the NEW images are a different rotation to those already loaded, you CAN'T import them and then rotate as all images have to have the SAME rotation before import. ---------------

vincen | Yep, great, it was as simple than that Thanks a lot, I rotated them first outside Stitcher and I was then able to import them. Is it normal the need to stitch manually nadyr and zephyr pictures as Automatic Stitch is not available for these pictures !
Thanks for all

badders | Great!
It's normal, but normal usually if it's a clear sky or ground without any pattern. ---------------

vincen | oky so I added my nadyr and zephyr pictures in my Stitcher project and then stitched then by hand so now my panorama is complete on 360º in all directions. I rendered it again in Quicktime Cylindrical but now I have a mov file where I'm unable to see top and bottom (previously I could move in all directions and see everywhere: I just had a little black hole at top and bottom where nadyr and zephyr were missing).
What did I do wrong ?
Thanks again
Vincèn

I didn't mean to be a jerk, but it seems like more than a few peaople are posting their problem here before giving it any thought or checking the Users Guide. ---------------
