For a panorama I have a handheld nadir shot.
 
Can I stitch it correctly in Stitcher unlimited 5.6 although it doesn't have exactly the same viewpoint and how can I do ? It works perfectly with the new "viewpoint correction" feature of Ptgui pro.

All you do is include it in the list of imported images then add it as a manual stitch. If it's not close enough to stitch, you'll need to export your panorama to cubical image and add it in via PHotoshop, applying a perspective warp to get it to fit.
