Can anyone recommend settings for processing QTVR in Stitcher on Mac, that will  allow it to play well on a PC? The QTVR's look great on the Mac, but when I play them on a PC, there is a lot of banding, posterization and big green pixalated strips.    
 
Are there settings that can work for bother computers?

There shouldn't be any differences between PC & Mac. Can you post a link to an example?
