Hi i use the Unlimited DS demo ver 5.6.2 build 21203 and cant stich without small miss alignments.
Can anyone tell me if D5+15mm is working with this program?

Yes Stitcher v5.6.2 works fine with the 5D/15mm. What mis-alignments are you having? Can you post some images? What rotator are you using? Have you got the nodal point set correctly for the rotator?

I am having a similar problem with the EF15mm and a 1DS Mkll with the 360degree Adjuste.
No problems with all my other lenses. I wonder if the lens calibration needs fine tuning? In any case, I'll be interested to see if a fix is possible.

What are you selecting for the lens parameters?
