I am trying to create a linear panorama, ie taking photos with camera focal lane parallel to the wall (moving side ways) then I want to stitch them together Stitcher Unlimited to create one long panorama. I can't seem to find the way to do it using the Realviz software. Is it possible with this software?

Yes it's 100% possible. See page 69 of the user's guide "Stitching images in the same plane".
