Just got my D3
I've got this great 10.5 nikor lens !
I'm a bit concern about cutting it to remove the plastic
 
Any one having information on the quality of the sigma 8mm lens ?
 
I more concern by the sharpness than the angle covered !

I'd go for the Nikkor 16mm fisheye or the Sigma 15mm fisheye. The Sigma 8mm is nice if you want a full circle but not the same quality as the above lenses.

I need a light weight lens !
COuld use my 14/24 @ 14 but it is so heavy !!!
