I just wanted to jump in quickly and direct this to those that may have purchased Nodal Ninja through Realviz.
Due to the recent acquisition by Autodesk the Stitcher/hardware bundling as been discontinued as you know and we no longer expect them to offer direct "hardware/warranty" support for any of our products sold. We are saddened to lose this collaboration, rest assured however, we will continue to offer the best support possible for our products. In this case all EZ-Levelers, Nodal Ninja 3's, Nodal Ninja 3 MKII's, and Nodal Ninja 5L's sold by Realviz) should any issues arise rare as they are
are still fully warrantied to the "original" purchaser.
We would encourage all Nodal Ninja customers to direct any and all "hardware" support issues directly through our new forum www.nodalninja.com/forum or to simply drop by from to time. This way too you can stay abreast of the latest in Nodal Ninja accessories, tweaks and upgrades as well as staying informed with a continually growing line of related products.
