If you're trying to add Sound to a QuickTime file that is a virtual image rather than a video clip, you can't.
Even though QuickTime Video and QuickTime VR use the same file type, .mov, you don't have the same funtionality.
You'll have to play the Sound file from the webpage the virtual image is viewed from with one of various audio players available on a computer ---------------

Jim Scott | Hi RDean!
For a second opinion check out this site:

Somewhat big QTVR (for the Web) - but zoom it in for the details.
This is a simple "run the audio" example - all done entirely in the QuickTime VR - the sound is embedded - no external files required.
You can create any kind of trigger for the audio you wish based on the QTVR's tilt, pan, zoom, hotspot or timing element (i.e. how long does the audio file "wait" to be triggered).

Note: This sound file can not be added to a QTVR in Stitcher... but you can via third party software such as CubicConnector or LiveStage Professional. Message edited by Jim Scott on 11-30-2007 at 12:15:51 PM ---------------
