Is there any program that can convert a AVI clip to MPEG movie? Actually, I have some AVI files and I want to convert it into MPEG files for some website development purpose. If you know any good program then please suggest me. Thanks in advance!

Take a quick, look and you'll see some one asked this question before and got a couple answers.
My suggestion is Adobe Premiere Elements
