Is there any program that can convert a AVI clip to MPEG movie? Actually, I have some AVI files and I want to convert it into MPEG files for some website development purpose. If you know any good program then please suggest me. Thanks in advance!

try Google "avi2mpg". If you have some budget, I recommend the CANOPUS ProCoder, but there are even some freewares available.
