Anyone know how I can get my 360 to open from the view point I want and slowly pan the scene.
I create files using fish eyes and also panoramics in Stitcher Unlimited DS and saving as IVP files.

You should download the Puretools applet from the Immervision website. The download includes examples which show what you want to do.

No, I mean download the FREE applet and help files which includes samples showing you how to do what you want. The PureTools app adds additional features like lens flares etc.
