Is there a way to export a curve representing the mapping originalTime->retimedTime for a sequence?
 
Context:  retiming a background plate that also needs to be 3d tracked for adding CG elements.  Tracking a retimed plate may be inaccurate, since the retimed frames have been interpolated, and may contain artifacts or other inaccuracies.  
 
It seems a better method would be to track the original plate, then adjust the timing of the camera movement using the mapping curve above.  This would be sub-frame accurate, given a curve that reproduces the function shown in the Time Editor window in RT.  (But with time vs. time, not time vs. speed, as in RT.)
 
Animating to the original plate, then retiming the rendered CG element is not an option, because that may alter the character of the animation.
