This is a reply to realviz support regarding the previous thread : Retiming with matte layering levels

First : thanks for your reply, better late than never ( my test temp license expired days before your support reply) . As you said , it's for me to do the tests, but this needs time and temp licenses expires fast. That was the reason I ask for support. Also the frame sequence I've posted is just a sample of a generic problem regarding "retiming" any video footage no just an unique and strange example as reading your response gives to understand.. . and this means:

artifacts when there are objects crossing in the scene.

So... if Realviz support is no able to answer if its Retiming application is capable to solve that kind of common situations, who will be?

I'm no one to tell you how to manage your job, but please if all that involves Retimer ( this includes support) is just for hobbist please dont call it : PRO,  or just offer it at a lower price.

Second : please I ask you not to close my previous thread leaving me without option to reply. Thanks.

Regards

Hi,
when I said that it's for you to make the test, that's because you own the sequences and you are evaluating the product. If I had your sequence I could make a rapid test. You have also to understand that we cannot do the job for all the people that test our products.

Best regards
Realviz support
