I registered my ReTimer HD and loaded an update file RtAE_11_Patch.exe .
When I try to inststall it, the logo shows and then I have a message in a box: "Retimer SD 1.0 is not installed" .
What is goin on?
I have AE 6.0  on XP system.  Retimer works OK in AE but not as I expected.  Hope the patch will help.
