I got Retimer 2.5 but everytime I try to retime or to render something the program crashes at the first or second frame. It crashes with this standart windows error.... something with an illegal operation or something like that
 
do you know why and how I could fixt that ?

can you tell us more about your crash:
if we could get the sequence (by ftp) that would be wonderful
- at least get one image we will duplicate (send it to support@realviz.com)
- which are the characteristics of the images (format (jpg, tif, Avis (codecs),...), 8 or 16 bits...)  
- are you crashing  in the retiming or the rendering process ?
- are you using Mattes ?
 
whta is the configuration of the machine:
- processor
- operating system, version, service pack
- RAM
- graphic board, driver version, memory in the card.

for me retimer crashes at the end of renders.
the retiming part works... but obviously I can't use it like this.
 
I can see this forum isn't very active, it's worrying!
