Retiming factor is 1.5 for the 30 second slo-mo clip made with Retimer 2.5.  When I put it in Adobe Premiere timeline and do a basic dissolve to a regular speed clip, it jumps back a few frames and makes the dissolve looks real jerky with that jump.  The dissolve from a normal speed clip to a slo-mo clip gives the same jumpy effect.  Any idea?

I see no obvious reason why the dissolve transition failed between an original clip and a retimed clip (a retimed clip is like any regular clip).  
Could you make a Premiere project that shows this problem and send it to the support?
It certainly help us to understand what is your issue.
