my original footage is an animated ball that flies around in a field in 4 seconds.
 
what i want to do is slow down or even freeze the ball (for a few seconds) at a certain part of the footage and then put the ball into motion again.
 
i'm sure that i can slow down a full clip, but can i specify a certain part of a clip to slow down? if yes, how? and is it all possible in the same AE project?
 
please advise
