Hi all,
I've tracked a shot which is 200 frames long. The shot has now been extended by 100 frames at the head, so effectily I have tracked frames 100 to 300. Is there a way to import the new sequence and bump all my tracks up by 100 frames so that I don't have to basiicly start over?
Many thanks, Mike.

yes there is.

export your 2D tracks from your first project.
Open your extended project and reimport the 2D tracks. The 2D tracks should know where to go provided that  the filenames of the frames of your image sequence didn't get changed (just added more of htese frames at the begining).

IF you were using a nomencalture such as: frame1.jpg, frame1.jpg,...,frame200.jpg and now because of your extension you have:
frame1.jpg,frame2.jpg,..., frame300/jpg then you will have a problem i think.

Yeah the filenames of the image sequence have changed so when importing the 2D tracks they start on frame 1 instead of 101.
Luckily a clever person at work edited the rz2 file for me somehow so each track starts on the correct frame.

Hi woody,

Could you share with us how the rz2 file was edited? I too face the problem, and i need to track all over again. :(
