I'm currently on a project where I have the filmback size of the camera that is shooting all the plates for matchmoving.  I'd like to be able to choose it from the drop down menu under the camera tab.  
 
I've edited the "devices.rzml" file to add my own camera and restarted MMP4, still doesn't show up.
 
I've reverted back to the original, then just renamed one of the pre-defined camera types...still nothing.
 
I've deleted one of the presets, and still it shows up inside MMP4
 
I'm editing the file at this location: /REALVIZ/MatchMover Pro/4.0/Data/devices.rzml
 
I'm on a MacBook Pro, 10.4.9....if that helps.

Update: I found the solution:
 
Guess I was editing the wrong devices.rzml file.
 
Need to edit the "devices.rzml" file located here:
 
/REALVIZ/MatchMover Assistant/1.0/devices.rzml
