hi
I am new in MatchMover, since now i used SceneGenie for 3dsmax but it seems that they stoped developing it, so i turned to realviz and mathcmover, so i want some help.
What is the way firstly, to track an object only, the camera is still, like a moving car, or a human face or animalface , and secondly, when i have a moving object and a moving camera.
Any help would be great.
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
Thanks for your interest in MatchMover.

First, if you only want to track a moving "rigid" object (like a car), you can simply track it as if it was fixed and the camera moves around it. Then when you export your project, just select animate scene instead of camera.

If you want to track "non-rigid" object as deformable human face, you'll have to use multiple cameras and the motion capture module.

Then, if you want to track both a moving object and the background, you can do it using groups. Just create a track group and set its motion/mobile attribute. Then put all the tracks corresponding to this object into this group. This can also be done automatically using a mask. When a mask has the group attribute set, all automatic tracks that will fall into this mask will be put in a separate moving group.

Hope this helps.

Are there any examples or tutorials for these matters, is much more efective to understand , the examples with the program are basic.
