i'm having loads of trouble with matchmover 3.01
 
i dont think its ever worked since i got version 3.
 
please could somebody help me>? its a lot of money wasted on somethings that doesnt do anything.
 
My problem is, that is crashes or hangs before getting to the end
 
Whn it hangs it seems to be responding but doesnt move on. last itme it was stuck at step 2/3 (27%)

You'd better contact support@realviz.com for these kind of issues.
We fixed some problems of stability (especially on the MAC version). Please check that you have the latest patch (http://www.realviz.com/downloads/patches/index.php), which is the build number 14039.
 
If it does not fix your problems, send to support@realviz.com your configuration (hardware) and we'll do what is needed to make it work.
