Hello !
I have a problem. From Matchmover 4 to Maya 8.5 cant export .ma file ,created in MM. !
In maya 7 = everything is ok,no problem. But in Maya 8.5 i cant open/import .ma file!

Hi,
 
There is a simple workaround:
- open the .ma exported by MM with your favorite text editor
- find the line:  
                          requires "maya 2.0" (at the beginning of the file)
- replace it with  
                          requires "maya 6.0"
- save and close your .ma file
 
That's all!
It should now correclty load in Maya 8.5
