Hello,
I have done an animation in Maya which the camera is still. A 3D character is interacting with the footage, a moving live-action package.

At a later stage, the package need to be replaced with a 3D pack. I would like to remain the camera position (since I have done the animation) and track the package.

I had tried object base tracking in MMPro 3.0 and export the Point Tracks as Scene and later import into Maya.  But the Points are not in the position I want. Can my Maya camera import into MM Pro 3.0? how to set the MMPro 3.0 camera to the coordinate we want ( to make it same with Maya camera )? What other solution I have?

You should definitely define your coordinate system to match the Maya one.
There are several ways to do that in MatchMover:

-This can be done by selecting some 3D trackers that will be used as origin and axis (see the online doc for details).
-This can also be done by setting some 3D positions to some trackers (3D survey information). This is probably the best solution.
- When the project is solved, you can also map the coordinate system on the camera itself, using the camera position as the origin.
- You can also force the camera position to the one in Maya, and set it fixed. This way the scene should match your maya project.
