What do you mean by "3d tracking" ?
 
Movimento is dedicated to motion capture.

This are not really "tutorials" but it should help you to understand the main workflow.
 
If you mean matchmoving (2d tracking &3d camera tracking), you should have a look at MatchMover.

I know how calibrate cameras that photograph white plane with black dots, for facial mocap, but I don't know how calibrate cameras for full body mocap! They plased around.
 
But now I try automatic calibration with "using a rigid black stick marked with 5 white markers".
