Check the "3D Up Axis:" in the project settings in 3D-view.

no no...i have fixed that....both z axis are up in MM and in 3dsmax...
my question is if i have taken a video shooting of a table from 7'-0" high camera position...then i track it in MM and export the data to 3dsmax.
now when i import the data where should i place my 3d object in 3dsmax...at what position so that it should match with the footage camera height of 7'-0"....footage camera height looks at 7' while when i add object in 3dsmax to match height of that object looks different...how should i adjust the height of the 3d object so that it matches with the same camera of the footage.

Dear sandi,
usually, a track will give you relativ camera postion, not absolute, unless you have defined the same coordinate system in MM as in 3DSmax.
