I was looking to get this effect http://www.geocities.com/teliocide [...] a_divx.avi with real flow, but first i´ve got to track the 2d movement in the video...i can do that with after effects but i don´t know how to export it.Does any one know?
I could use matchmover, but  i only know how to export the camera movement in the video into cinema 4d

Any ideias?

Thanks in advance

Hum, Your link is broken.

Anyway, depending on your version of MM, we may be able to write some scripts to export 2d tracks to c4d, if it can import some kind of ascii files.
Or simply use the current ascii 2D exports (.rz2), and try to convert it to something that c4d can read.

hi

well usually this effect is done completely in compositing. tracking the finger, exporting the 2d track into c4d, using realflow/wave to get the distortion and maybe even render out a displacement map for aftereffect is a complete overkill.
just track the finger in aftereffects and use a plugin or a particle system to create the waves as a displacement map for the video. 10minute job

Could the ascii exports from MatchMover be upadated so that Combustion can read them?

That would be a massive help :)
