I've a strange problem. After solving in matchmoving when i import my data my lens remains the same. But when I import into Max the Lens value changes. (its in Max2008)

did you check your filmback? Is it the same as in MM?
Check the FOV (field of view, an angle in °), which should be inchanged!
I'm not a 3DSmax-guy, but I could check in Maya and XSI, if you send me the project...
