hi
It's not realy a question about matchmover but more about the camera.
My question is "simple" how can i find or calculate the aperture of a video camera (PAL 4/3 and PAL16/9, both case).
I know tha matchmover can find it but i'm actually working on a short movie and the camera never move. The crew never took mesure on the set (wonderfull!!!).

any idea??

thx

Hi,

If you have no clue on your aperture or focal length, you can simply try to guess an aprroximation based on your previous experiences.
Anyway, MatchMover will be able to compute it even if you start from a rough estimate (the default is 50mm, it works fine for most cases).
