We have some motion control data that we are trying to pull in to MM 4.0.1.   We have followed the documentation as far as it goes, so after import the data is applied to a "Motion Control" contraint under our camera inside MM.  
 
Where do we go from here?  Do we still need to track the shot?  I know this may seem like a RTFM question, however the documentation stops at this point and we aren't sure where to head next.  
 
The ultimate goal is to export the scene to cinema 4D.

Hi,
The motion control constraint usually provides only a sub set of the camera parameters.
So you still need to track the shot as an usual one to get the remaining parameters.
