I have problem with automatic tracking 1 710 frames. When I started automatic tracking the time was very hard (cca 2hour only automatic tracking but not finished) I used PC with 2x dualcore Opteron 265 with 4GB RAM.  
 
Sequence about 350 frames no problem.
 
 
 
Problem with exported data to Max I solved and result was very good. I move pivot in group to corner box, move completely group pivot to 0,0,0 world value, changed scale in Max from 100,100,100 - 10,10,10 and export data to .obj as quads!!
