Hi,

Is it possible to for instance; model with low-res photographs, and then when texturing replacing these with high-res photographs? Would be very cool.

Hello,

In a usual workflow it is not possible to do it (i.e. not in the interface of IM).
But there might be a solution by editing the rzi file (rzi or rzml is our xml langage).
To test:
make a copy of your rzml file
replace in the <SHOT> ... <\SHOT> the names and size of your original images
replace also filmback size of the camera device (<CINF> )

This new rzi file should be ok for texturation purposes.
BUT not for recalibration !! the 2D markers are still in the old image space :-(

Hope it helps,

Stef
