I just received ImageModeler 3.0.2 in the mail, installed, and works well. I visited the registration web page (http://www.realviz.com/register/), set up an account, and tried to enter my Customer ID, given in two places on the Registration Card. But every time, it returns: Bad customer ID.
Now, I purchased this directly from RealViz (USA) and it arrived from France today, so this is the real-deal from RealViz. I'd like to be able to access all of the features and support for registered users, so what gives?
Otherwise, I'm impressed and happy with the program and can't wait to put it to use. BTW, what's a good value for the Quality Threshold (for residual value) when using a 4.0 MegaPixel camera?
