Hello, when I buy the IM through the WIRE TRANSFER(my reference number is 2846299), I find that the company I pay to is Plimus. I want to know :
1. What's the exactly relationship between the Plimus and Autodesk(or the Realviz)?
2. While I received your confirmation e-mail, how and when can I get the IM?
