For some reason, the main project window is not showing up in panther.
How can I get it to come back?

Hello,
 
  Try  to remove the following files:
 
ImageModeler 3.5.layout
ImageModeler 3.5.ini
 
You should find them in your Library/Preferences folder
 
This will force IM to re-init all windows parameters and layout.
