I've been corresponding with technical support on this, but they don't seem to be understanding the problem.  Sometimes it takes a user to answer a question someone inside the company has a hard time answering.  So, here is my problem...
 
I've not been able to log on to the page to download the newest patch. Note that I already have a username and password, so that I can post here.  But that username/password will not work anywhere else that I am asked to log in.
 
I've filled out the new user registration form twice.
I've tried every combination of CID # and password that I can think of.
 
Any guesses about the problem?

OK, I'm registered... when it asked for my login I automatically entered my login that I used to get access to this discussion group.  But, actually you are supposed to enter a default they give you on the E-mail, plus the password they give you.  The CID is the number on your registration card.  It is also within the serial number on the "About Imagemodeler" window, but it is not not apparent how to trim it.
