im trying to import obj files from 3ds max but it doesnt seem to want to import.  
What constraints or settings does image modeller prefer?

  IM imports polygon meshes and materials (in a separate .mtl file).
But no nurbs, no lines ...
If your project is a polygon mesh, please send it to support@realviz.com.

I tried to email the mesh to the above email but it was rejected with the following message
 
"Hi. This is the qmail-send program at realviz.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

ezmlm-reject: fatal: Sorry, I don't accept message with empty Subject (#5.7.0)"

 
as the message says just send back the mail without an empty subject and it should be Ok.
