hello,
to be simple. Once you have calibrated, you can modelise with different ways :
Add more points, to modelise automatically with Wrap or Carve & Sculpt (under the menu Model). You have to add enough points (in at least two images so that it exists in 3D), in order to have an accurate model.
When you have enough points, select all the points, be careful not to select points located in the ground, which are only useful for calibration.
When these points are selected, Model - Carve and Sculpt.
It will build a mesh taking care of its topology. You can after correct the model.
If you use Wrap, it will build a convex model.
Then after the automatic creation process, it should be needed to delete or add some faces, or modify the 3D position of some points or faces, with the position, scale, rotation tools.
When your model seems correct, you can then extract the textures.

You can also use some primitive meshes you will snap to the calibration points. That is usefull when your model has got a geometric shape (a building, a box, a furniture,...).
