Hello,
when you export a .ms Max Script, don't forget to check the Texture box, it normally creates a sub-directory of the name of your export plus the extension _TX that contains the textures of your model.
You import the model with its textures running the Maxscipt in Max.
If it is still not working, can you send us the Max Script and the textures associated in a zip file (to support@realviz.com).
By the way, which version of ImageModeler are you using ?
