Hi,

I am having difficulty removing a flat 2D image from behind my model when exporting as a w3d file(see attachment). Anyone have any idea why this appears?---- and more importantly, how to get rid of it!

when exporting to director not only the mesh, but the 'panoramic plane' are being sent out as 3d models. Any ideas how to stop this happening?

I don't know whether this will work - so don't blame me if...........

If you have the four image panes displayed the bottom right is usually just the model.

click this pane and then do the export - this may work.

My problem was the opposite - I was exporting to .wrl - and I wanted all three of my images - I exported three separate models - clicking on the panes top left, top right, bottom left - to export the planes - I then cut and pasted the code from two of the files into the third using Notepad.

Can w3d file be edited in NotePad? if so simply delete the offending lines of code...
