IM and VT are complementary. A VTour file can be loaded in IM and vice versa. One is dedicated to environment creation and the other for object creation and measures.
For now, they have too much differences (workflow, simplicity, precision, output , prices ...) and we keep them as 2 products for now.
We believe that each tool alone is much more simpler to use and better dedicated to its objectiv. Having both is complementary.
