Dear all,
 
We get a instant crash when texturing a model using version 3.5. The main photogrpah  is 5058x3766 which i assume is the problem as i saw a post some time ago mentioning a crash with large images.
 
Has this been patched? I cant seem to get into the downloads/patches area of the site, despite emailing and asking to get access.  
 
We have a urgent project and with modeller crashing we have hit a standstill.

  The latest upgrade for IM, is 3.5.2 and is downloadable here:
http://www.realviz.com/downloads/patches/index.php
 
 If you still have the problem or if your IM is up to date, please contact support@realviz.com and send your project.
 
Between 3.5.1 and 3.5.2 we corrected a bug related to textures and image size.

Thanks for the promt reply, we are using 3.5.2 at the moment which is the version that crashes on texturing.
 
As i also mentioned our password no longer seems to get into the patches download.
 
Any advice?

Smithee, I dont think there is an immediate solution.... maybe in IM4,0

  We probably found the problem and corrected it. We are doing some further tests and if those are successful, we will add a new patch (3.5.3) on the download section of the web site.
