hello
 
been a while since i used image modeler, last time in conjunction with softimage|3d where it would also export the position of the calibrated cameras so you could put in your photos in the background for modeling reference.
 
with the new version and xsi that doesnt seem to work anymore. i do get a RVCamera and all, but there are no keyframes or anything on it.
 
am i doing something wrong or has the behaviour changed ?

  The behavior should not change for Softimage export, as we use exactly the same exporter as in 3.5 and probably 3.0.

well apparently IM exports to version 3.0 of the .xsi format while XSI itself can only read version3.6 properly...
guess i will have to parse the file manually then. since even the latest exporter seems to be outdated.

  We recently corrected some bugs with the camera exports (Fcurve parameters).
Unzip the attachement, and place .exe and .rzio files into ImageModeler forlder.
 
Tell me if it fixes your pbs...
We tested successfully on xsi4.0 version.
